Before workshop

In order for your transformations to be as deep and safe as possible, it is necessary to consciously prepare for workshop at different levels: body, mind, and spirit.

Dieting is an experience that allows you to reconnect with your roots, reset your consciousness, and regulate your energy flows.

Diet is beneficial not only for the body but also for strengthening will and manifesting spirit. It eliminates food toxins, chemicals, allergens, fungi, and parasites, allowing the body to reorganize itself in a new way.

During workshop, envision your conscious and subconscious mind as a vast sea. In the practical exercises, you'll wade into the water, up to your knees, and a complete dietary regimen will enable you to swim fully. Fresh food is recommended, prepared daily to avoid starvation. Eliminate prohibited foods from your diet, consuming everything else in sufficient quantities. Prepare a diverse array of salads, soups, stews, fruits, vegetables, and seeds, along with vegetable milk smoothies and cocktails. Vegetables can also be oven-baked or grilled. Accompany them with your favorite side dish, such as porridge.

It is also important to adhere to the drinking regimen, consuming at least 1.5 liters of clean water per day.

Exclude from your diet:

  • Alcohol

  • Narcotic or psychotropic drugs

  • Pork

  • Excessive sweets

  • Limit coffee consumption to once a day.

During the workshop, remember that each participant's experience is unique, and be ready to offer assistance if needed.

Accept, observe, and thank. Each workshop offers a challenging and unusual experience for our consciousness, yet deeply healing, with each participant undergoing their unique journey. If you feel the need to cry, move, or seek support, don't hesitate to communicate through the chat. Remember: every experience during a session contributes to the formation of new, subtle, and significant neural connections.

Our brains tend to stick to familiar patterns of behavior and thought. Therefore, acquiring knowledge through experience is just the first step towards life changes. Subsequently, it's important to solidify and implement what you find important and essential. While this process may unfold unconsciously to some extent, conscious management can significantly enhance its effectiveness.

 What can you do:

  • Write down your experience and revisit it later for reflection.

  • Allocate time after the session to immerse yourself in peace and focus on your internal processes for at least a few hours.

  • Share your experience with a trusted individual, if possible, articulating your insights.

  • Draw conclusions and contemplate how you envisage integrating the acquired knowledge into your life. These reflections form new neural connections, enhancing the efficacy of your endeavors.
